Peace With The Wild Voucher Giveaway Terms and Conditions
This giveaway is now closed.
1. The giveaway is open only to individuals aged 18 and over.
2. The giveaway is open only to individuals who reside in the United Kingdom.
3. The giveaway is not open to Animal Friends Insurance or Peace With The Wild employees.
4. To enter, individuals must do all the following between 9am on Wednesday 21st August, and 11:59pm on Monday 26th August:
• Like the original Instagram giveaway post
• Follow both @animalfriendsinsurance and @peacewiththewild on Instagram
• In the comments on the giveaway post, tell us one thing you are doing to become more environmentally conscious this summer.
5. One randomly selected winner from the comments on Instagram will receive a £200 e-voucher to spend at peacewiththewild.co.uk
6. Multiple entries per Instagram account will be counted in the giveaway, but each entry must be commented separately.
7. A verifiable random number process will be used to select one winner from the comments.
8. The giveaway is exclusively for Instagram users. We will not accept entries submitted via direct messenger, any other social media platform, email, sent in the mail, or anywhere that is not in the comments on the Instagram giveaway post.
9. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
10. Entry to the giveaway is free. We will never ask for your bank details or credit card details as part of any social media giveaway.
11. There is no automatic prize. Entering does not guarantee winning a prize.
12. The giveaway ends at 11.59pm on Monday 26th August. Any entries received after this time will be discounted in the giveaway.
13. The winner will be notified via a public reply to their comment on Tuesday 27th August. The winner must then send us an Instagram direct message containing their email address within 5 working days, for us to administer delivery of the voucher. The personal information you provide to us will be used only to administer your voucher and will be kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy: animalfriends.co.uk/privacy-policy
14. If no acknowledgement has been received by the winner within 5 working days, the prize will be voided, and another winner will be randomly selected.
15. If you decide to share a video and/or picture in relation to this giveaway, you give Animal Friends permission to use your content across our Marketing material. If at any point you would like to withdraw consent for the use of your video and/or picture, please contact marketing@animalfriends.co.uk
16. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative.
17. We will respond to any questions or queries about the giveaway via email at marketing@animalfriends.co.uk
18. Animal Friends reserves the right to cancel this giveaway or amend these terms and conditions at any time upon reasonable notice.
19. The decision of Animal Friends in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. Animal Friends accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of taking part in the giveaway. Animal Friends further disclaims liability for any damage to your or any other person’s computer, relating to, or resulting from participation in, or downloading any materials in connection with the giveaway.
21. Animal Friends accepts no responsibility for any delays encountered with the delivery of the vouchers.
22. If any paragraph in these terms and conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other paragraphs of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
23. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.
24. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta.
