What our Lifetime policies cover
Lifetime policies cover long-term, chronic or recurring conditions, as well as short-term illness and injury.
As long as the policy is renewed each year without a break, we will continue to provide cover for conditions such as diabetes or arthritis which require treatment over a long period of time.
There are two types of Lifetime policies, with different levels of cover
1. Annual policy limit for all claims.
- Cover from £1,000 to £18,000 per year.
- Claim up to a set amount for vet fees each policy year.
- Claim for as many conditions as you need to each policy year, as long as you stay within your vet fee limit.
- The limit resets when you renew.
- We’ll cover your pet’s conditions for as long as you have a policy with us.

2. Annual condition limit.
- Cover up to either £1,000, £2,000, £4,000 or £6,000 each year.
- Claim up to a set amount for vet fees per policy year for each condition your pet might have.
- Claim for as many conditions as you need to each policy year.
- The limit resets when you renew.
- We’ll cover your pet’s conditions for as long as you have a policy with us.
