We recognise the importance of providing cover which allows you to insure your horse for illnesses, especially as they get older. We also recognise the importance of offering comprehensive cover without the need to select additional cover options.

What does our horse insurance cover?
This is a Time Limited product. Cover is provided for each accident or illness for up to 12 months or until the vet fee limit is reached.
Simply select the vet fee cover level that is right for you, and then the additional benefits of "If your horse dies" and "If your horse injures someone or damages their property" are included as standard.
Choose from three different levels of vet fee cover, which all include cover for dental and complementary treatments recommended by your vet.

Choose from three different vet fee excess levels:
- Select an excess to suit your needs from £199, £249, £499
- No additional co-payment for you to pay when claiming the cost of vet fees
- Cover is included up to the purchase price or the benefit limit, whichever is less
- Cover towards the cost of disposal or removal of the horse's body following death or euthanasia
- Cover is included up to £2m for public liability incidents relating to property damage or injury where you are found to be legally responsible

How much cover do you need?
Knowing how much treating an injury or illness for your horse could cost is an important part of deciding which vet fee cover level you might want to select. Treatment costs can vary significantly depending on the severity of the illness or accident your horse may suffer from. We have three levels of vet fee cover to choose from. It’s important that you have selected cover that suits your needs.
